My Listings
Note: This feature is only available for users with Lister account type.
Manage all your property listings in one place. Access by clicking "My Listings" in the navigation menu.
Overview
At the top of the page, you can see:
- Your active listings count and limit
- "Add Property" button to create a new listing
Listing Statistics
View performance statistics for all your listings:
- Total Views: How many times your listings have been viewed
- Visitors: Number of unique visitors
- Registered Users: Views from registered users
- Active Listings: Number of currently active listings
You can filter statistics by time period: 7 days, 30 days, or All time.
Filtering Listings
Use the filters to find specific listings:
- Status: All status, Active, or Inactive
- Type: All types or specific property types
Listings Table
Each listing shows:
- Property image and name
- Location
- Property type (Villa, House, etc.)
- Listing type (Rental, Leasehold)
- Price
- Date listed
- Status (Active/Inactive)
- Highlighted badge if the listing is highlighted
Actions
For each listing, you can:
- View Statistics: See detailed statistics for this specific listing
- Highlight: Promote your listing for more visibility
- Preview: View the listing as visitors see it
- Edit: Modify listing details, photos, and pricing
- Delete: Remove the listing permanently
Activating and Deactivating Listings
You can change a listing's status:
- Active: The listing is visible to all users and appears in search results
- Inactive: The listing is hidden from search results but not deleted
This is useful when a property is temporarily unavailable or you want to pause the listing.
