How to List a Property

Creating a Property Listing

Note: This feature is only available for users with Lister account type.

List your property on Indo.Rent to reach potential tenants and buyers.

Getting Started

To create a new listing:

1. Click "List Property" in the navigation menu (Lister role required)
2. Or go to "My Listings" and click "New Listing"

Step 1: Basic Information

Fill in the basic details:

• Property Title: A clear, descriptive title
• Property Type: Villa, House, Apartment, Land, etc.
• Listing Type: Rent or Leasehold (Sale)
• Description: Detailed description of your property

Step 2: Location

Set the property location:

• Select Province, Regency, and City
• Enter the exact address
• Add location on map (optional but recommended)

Step 3: Property Details

Add property specifications:

• Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
• Square footage/area
• Amenities (Pool, AC, Kitchen, etc.)
• Minimum rental/lease duration

Step 4: Pricing

Set your pricing:

• Monthly rent (for rental properties)
• Total price (for leasehold properties)
• Currency (IDR)

Step 5: Photos

Upload property photos:

• The number of photos you can upload depends on your subscription plan:
  • Free: 3 photos
  • Start: 5 photos
  • Premium: 10 photos
• First photo will be the main/cover image
• Use high-quality, well-lit photos

Step 6: Submit Listing

Review all information and click "Submit Listing" to make your listing live.

Managing Listings

Access "My Listings" to:

• Edit existing listings
• Activate or deactivate listings
• View inquiries and messages
• Delete listings

Tips

• Write detailed, accurate descriptions
• Use high-quality photos
• Set competitive pricing
• Keep listings updated
• Respond promptly to inquiries
