Sending a Property Inquiry
To inquire about a property:
- Browse properties and find one you're interested in
- Click on the property to view details
- Click "Contact Owner" or "Send Inquiry"
- Fill in your message and contact information
- Submit your inquiry
Managing Messages
Access your messages from:
- The "Messages" link in the navigation menu
- Your profile dashboard
Message Features
- View Conversations: See all your message threads
- Reply: Respond to messages from property owners
- Automatic Read Status: Messages are automatically marked as read when you view them
For Property Owners
If you're a Lister, you can:
- Receive inquiries from potential tenants
- Respond to messages directly
- Manage all your property inquiries in one place
Messaging Rules
To maintain a safe and professional environment, the following content is prohibited in messages:
- Vulgar or offensive content: Inappropriate language and offensive material are not tolerated
- Contact information: Sharing phone numbers, email addresses, or social media handles in messages is prohibited
- Personal data: Sharing sensitive personal information is not allowed
The system automatically filters and censors prohibited content when necessary. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent deletion.
