Searching for Properties
Finding the perfect property on Indo.Rent is easy with our powerful search and filter system.
Smart Search on Homepage
You can start your property search right from the homepage using our smart search bar:
- Location: Use the intelligent search field to search for any city, province, regency, or neighborhood - just start typing and suggestions will appear
- Property Type: Select from various property types (Villa, House, Apartment, Land, etc.)
- Price Category: Choose a price range that fits your budget
After clicking Search, you'll be taken to the Properties page with your filters already applied.
Advanced Filters on Properties Page
The Properties page offers extensive filtering options to help you find exactly what you're looking for:
- Property Type: Villa, House, Apartment, Land, Commercial, and more
- Bedrooms: Filter by number of bedrooms
- Price Range: Set minimum and maximum price (in Rupiah per month)
- Amenities: Filter by available amenities (Pool, AC, Kitchen, etc.)
- Province: Select a province to narrow down by region
- Regency/City: Further narrow down to specific regency or major city
- City/Village: Find properties in specific towns or villages
- Listing Type: Choose between All, Leasehold (for sale), or Rental properties
Tip: You can hide the filter panel by clicking "Hide Filters" to see more search results at once, and show it again when you need to adjust your filters.
Sorting Results
Sort your search results by:
- Newest: Most recently listed properties first
- Price Low to High: Cheapest properties first
- Price High to Low: Most expensive properties first
- Oldest: Longest listed properties first
Viewing Property Details
Click on any property card to view:
- Detailed description and photos
- Location on map
- Contact information
- Property features and amenities
Tips for Better Results
- Use specific location filters for better accuracy
- Combine multiple filters to narrow down results
- Your search history is saved in Saved Searches, where you can also save your favorite searches for quick access later
- Check back regularly as new properties may be added daily
