Sarolangun – Prehistoric Cave Paintings and Rainforest
Sarolangun se trouve dans la partie sud-ouest de Jambi province, in the interior of Sumatra. Its capital is Sarolangun city. The region is connu pour its prehistoric rock art (possibly among the world’s oldest figurative cave paintings) and Bukit Dua Belas National Park.

Lubang Jeriji Saléh cave with prehistoric rock art (estimated 40,000 years old). Bukit Dua Belas National Park rainforest, home of the Orang Rimba (forest people). Batang Asai river suitable for rafting. Rubber plantations and tropical landscape.
