Public transport is limited to infrequent angkot minibuses; motorcycle ojeks are the primary hired transport option. Basic amenities—a health clinic, primary school, and small provision shops—are available in the village centre. For hospitals, banking, and secondary education, Temanggung town is the nearest destination. Warm clothing is essential for overnight stays, as evening temperatures can be genuinely cold by tropical standards. Mobile phone signal is generally adequate in the main settlement.
